Hi everyone,
Today I received a request from my student’s guardian to reschedule a lesson just 30 minutes before it was supposed to start because they were having some issues with their device. I only saw the message 5 minutes before the lesson when I was entering the class.

What would you do in this situation? How long before the lesson do you accept rescheduling?

Hi tutors,
So a new student cancelled a trial by mistake and wants to schedule a trial lesson again. But when they tried to schedule the trial, it's not letting them and they are getting an option to subscribe to 4 lessons. What do I do now?
Any suggestions are appreciated!
