Go Back to School?

I earned my BS in Finance last year and have been working for about 7 months. The issue is my job is very entry level, doesn’t require a degree, and pays $20/hr. Upon hiring the recruiter were aware I had my degree. The job is within an accounting office (controller, senior, ect) with positions that require an accounting degree with years of experience. I have taken Intermediate Accounting I and II, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting that would be relevant to positions within this office. My question is, is it worth going back and getting my BS in Accounting or even MSA? I don’t have strong ties to the company where I see myself staying here for many years. But I’m afraid maybe my education is no longer competitive enough in this job market? I really don’t have the $ to continue my education. But this job worries me. I’m not great at networking or climbing the corporate ladder. I was thinking of staying here maybe 2 years to build my resume then finding a job that can utilize my degree? This job is data entry and I’m no longer learning anything. I feel hopeless that it took me this long to find a job that is in my field but doesn’t actually utilize my degree for terrible pay. Or do I just have an entry level job because of the job market and being a fresh grad? For reference I am late 20s, I have bills, independent from my parents. Would going back part time for BS in Accounting or MSA then getting my CPA make me more competitive in this market? Or is it a waste of $? Any advice would be amazing!!
