Natural testosterone vs TRT
I keep seeing guys on TRT with amazing transformation in such a short time even though their actual testosterone level after TRT is still in the normal range (600-900 ng/mol). I recently had blood work done and was in the ~800 region (I’m 36 and not on TRT) but I don’t respond to resistance training as well as folks on TRT. Is there something else in TRT that helps with muscle building or just the delta in testosterone is a shock to the system that it’s helping somehow?
