So I picked up an order from a wing place and one from chipotle. I was on my way to the first customer when the app logged me out. I tried to log back in and it says my account is deactivated. It won’t even let me log in now because my password isn’t working.
First time picking up from Cheesecake Factory tonight. I looked at the pickup instructions when I walked in and I wish I’d taken a screen shot. It said I must wait outside (in ALL CAPS) and only enter the restaurant when I get notification on the app that the order is ready. Man screw that. I already had to park over a block away and hoof it up there, now I’m being treated like “the help” or something and I can’t be seen waiting around in front of the customers like it would be some scandal. I’m there providing a service to their customers and I’m enabling the restaurant to make money via mobile orders but I can’t wait for an order inside the building? I stayed right there inside. I wish someone had told me to wait outside so I could tell that person what to do with themselves. It would have been worth unassigning.
