I cant beat smart assist, does anyone actually have any tips with playing against it?

Before smart assist i was constant top 500 finishes highest being 130. Now I really struggle against it, i actually am happy when I get ranked against people inside top 500 and mostly win them then I get someone who hasn't been higher than div2 and its hell.

All the old moves I learnt over the years do not matter against assist at all, I genuinely think I struggle against assist more than anyone else, I badly need some tips and help. 😂
