Tell me what I can do

I posted this yesterday but not sure what happened to the post and then had to delete my regular profile because of the messages I kept getting.

I'm making this post to see if anyone knows how i can quickly make $30 to get medicine from the store.

I'm really sick but ill work for it. If there's anything I can do to make $30 please let me know. I need relief.

I had to make a new account because people kept messaging me from different usernames asking for sexual stuff.

I just need medicine and want real suggtions on how to get what I need.

Can go anywhere in airdrie to help to make this :)
