Its almost 15 months since the first and last stable PGP Director quit. I am not saying she was perfect, but she was as good as it gets. Her ability to balance student's interests and the organisational interests while moving both ahead was phenomenal. She had this gravitas about her and you know she would fight the system for the students if need be.
She constantly pushed the staff to do better and made sure to achieve top-notch outcomes for the students. Placements under her were also slow, but not hopeless like it's now.
The current batch is a bunch of radarless zombies..due to a lack of strong leadership.

I am just super happy that she has started her own thing now. Hope to get to work with her someday.
Masters Union is just suffering because of their ego battles and now they have just made a mess of the whole think.
