So a while back, I heard about a restaurant in Doraville that served a renowned Chicken Sandwich. The place had been named in 2 reputable news columns/food reviewers (one was Michellin, the other I cannot recall). I have been searching everything trying to find it and I can't remember it for the life of me.
It looked really delicious. The sandwich had a flattened, breaded, and fried chicken breast as the center. It wasn't pure American, it may have been Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, or Jamaican in origin. The restaurant may have been named something starting with "Blue" or the letter "J".
I don't have that much info, but if this rings a bell, please drop the name below!
