I’m honestly just relieved to be finishing my bachelor's. I started back in fall 2019, and between the pandemic, mental health struggles, 1.5 a half break in between, and some heavy family and financial hurdles, it’s been a long seven years. There are many discouraging moments where it’s hard to feel proud when you see others finish in four, but I’m working reminding myself that I did what I could with the hand I was dealt. Shoutout to my fellow immigrants and first gens that have made it to the other side. I see you, and I’m proud of you. Wishing everyone a successful last few weeks. Finish off strong!
