I bought an Elite Plus last month. Lovely device. Made my job as a scientific illustrator and concept art mentorship studies so much faster.

Sadly, I found some cracks on the D-Pad (unaware of where those came from), on top of the D-Pad getting sticky from liquid damage (already contacted Customer Support. Hopefully they help).

Have you guys had any experience replacing the plastic case/shell through customer Support? I would really hate to keep it like that.

Update: Tourbox is replacing the whole Elite Plus through their guarantee!! Goated product and goated company.

Release a Sonic Blue color or swappable shell colors and I’ll buy it day one!!!
