Apex 4 advice
Hi, everyone, so I'm considering buying a new watch.
Just to put it into perspective, I had an Apple Watch 9 for 2 years, and I wanted to switch to a Garmin, so I bought a Garmin Epix Pro 2 42mm, but they were too feminine, so I wanted something different. And since I was already quite impressed with the Garmin system, I chose the Instinct 3 AMOLED. Well, after 2 months, I started to dislike those because they weren't touch-sensitive, didn't have maps, and had a slightly slower processor. So I sold them
And a little hastily, I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2. Thinking that they would have longer battery life. But now I've had them for half a year and I'm fed up with having to charge them every 2 days. Cellular is not important for me, and neither the apple ecosystem.
So I'm deciding what to buy.
I was looking at the Forerunner 970, but they're quite expensive, and I would like to have a smaller watch (42mm).
I go to the gym twice a week for strength training, I play futsal twice a week, and sometimes I walk in nature. This summer, however, I would like to go for a few nights in nature, so I want offline maps. I really liked the flashlight on Garmin, and the indicator of how many days are left on the battery.
And the main thing that bothers me is how Apple gives health information. I liked the regeneration indicator, body battery on Garmin, and none of that is on Apple Watch.
And after some research, I found the Coros Apex 4 42mm watch, I saw that it has a great map, and especially the battery life with Always On turned on, but I don't know if it can show regeneration and body battery. Could someone recommend me if this would be a good choice for me? And can a shortcut for the flashlight be set in the Coros system? (I know that it only lights up the display)
