I had this eyesore area next to my deck with a messy hose box, random plants and mulch and mud was constantly spewing in to my travertine pool decking… so i built a little path with a drainage buffer, upgraded the hose storage and got to planting. How did I do & how could I improve? I’m impatiently waiting for everything to fill in/bloom. Zone 8a

Back to front:

-Perennial garden phlox on either side of hose pot

-littlelime hydrangea that are about 3 years old. I transplanted them from a different area when the were dormant this winter

— echinacea

—creeping phlox

—cats pajamas catmint

—lavender trailing lantana

-white gaura (on left)

— lavender that was there previously on right (prob wont make it 😳)

—bubblegum supertunia front bordern
