I'm looking to initiate divorce proceedings with no contest from the other party.

Mortgage is in my name only due to other parties' poor credit. I saved the entire 30k deposit and earn double their income, so pay 2/3 of the bills. I believe this doesn't matter in Scottish Law and other parties entitled to a split of assets.

I believe I am in a position to buy them out. How do I go about doing so? Would they also be entitled to half my pension for the marriage duration?

Finally, is it easier to just sell up split any equity? Marriage has been abusive for years now and I want to be able to just walk away with head held high, and a fair split according to the law.
