Hi all! Just a quick couple of questions about public transportation in Chicago!

I’ve vacationed in NYC numerous times, so subways, Ubers, and taxis are generally what we use on vacation. I like keeping Uber to a minimum, as they are costly and can add up extremely quickly. We are staying in Bridgeport in June and would just like to know how readily available public transportation is in Chicago, and the ease of access if any!
