Really awful experience with VIP / OTC service. First, I had to request a few times to get to this team. It took over 5 request that took weeks.
Then I got connected to Hien N. We scheduled calls twice and both times he rescheduled last moment. I told him that this is disrespectful of the client’s time. I asked to speak to his direct manager. He stopped replying on WhatsApp.
I got passed to another agent in a completely different region. Her name is Erika. I told her that I wanted to speak to Hien’s direct manager. She stopped replying too.
Is this how Binance treats VIP clients who bring in a significant portion of your business’ revenues?
