🧠 Skills we value:
⚡ 1+ year of experience working on SaaS products
⚡ Strong product thinking & problem framing ability
⚡ Hands-on mindset — comfortable building prototypes using AI tools (must-have)
⚡ Experience collaborating closely with engineers (beyond just writing tickets)
⚡ Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
⚡ Ability to make sharp scope decisions under constraints
⚡ Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
⚡ Strong intuition for metrics, experimentation & product validation.
