How to avoid feeling faint at a dance social?

I was at a dance social recently where it was incredibly warm. I was sweating and heating up even though I was just in a thin camisole and jeans. The event space has a rule of no water bottles or outside drinks, so I ordered a glass of water which cost me 2.50. After 3 hours of dancing, I started feeling a bit faint. Thankfully I was dancing with a friend, so I felt comfortable telling him I needed to sit down. But this incident left me feeling a bit shaken. Is there a way I could prevent this from happening in the future? I'd already had dinner and drunk ample water before attending the social.

I just purchased this skirt from a Vinted seller and am having second thoughts. When I asked for measurements, she ignored my messages. I saw that the skirt was getting popular and received multiple bids, so I decided to buy it at full price with no negotiation (41 euro including shipping).

Later I saw that the skirt was relisted, which indicated to me that she is probably selling this skirt as a brand and it is a dropshipped product. Some reviews say that the pieces they bought is not a true S. The seller has not mailed out the piece, so I asked if she could provide waist measurements. She said yes, but didn't respond further.

My alarm bells were ringing and I was worried that this would be a factory made piece from china of low quality or that the photo might be an AI image. That said, I really love the design of the skirt and think it is unique.

I proceed to cancel my order and Vinted said that they are confirming with the seller if she has mailed out the skirt. When this happened, the seller finally responded. She was highly defensive but provided the measurements. They do fit me. Would you proceed with this order if you were me?
