My dog Toast had only been two years old when he was struck by a car this morning. I was at the end of my driveway to get him from the neighbors after he chased a squirrel across. When he saw me he ran back across right infront of a truck. I can’t stop seeing his face and his stiff body as I picked him up to rush to the hospital. Is there any tips to help me get this image out of my head, and any tips on the mourning process. Thank you
