Opinion on investing a property in SJDM
Hello, I’m currently eyeing a property in SJDM. Near governor fortunato halili road siya. 1,000+sqm. Pasok sa budget. Not in any subdivision siya. Right now residential ang katabi but I think eventually magiging commercial area siya. Any thoughts in investing there?
