I saw burned tower found it no legi.

Different guides showing like the enterpenur villager

And the data pack method also didnt worked bcs ofc its not in the modpack. and stuff but i dont have that

I also tried to locate sky pillars and bell towers none of them spawned

So how do you get legendarys?
