The picture with the red circle was from several weeks ago. All other photos were taken today.

I thought this was a fungus so I did Maracyn. Then I did Kanaplex.

He is in 10 gallon tank with a HOB filter, heater to 78F, weekly water changes. I have live plants, a mystery snail, and a baby bristlenose pleco.

What is this thing and how can I get rid of it???
