Has anyone run into this problem and if so any recommendations. I am at 90 percent filed for HLR in December after my rating for a claim was reduced to 0. Fast forward to new decision of HLR in April decided I should have been at 50 percent going back to June .

Checking my last benefit letter show only December 1, 2025 as the last rating update .

Does anyone know if it takes time to update . My rating for that specific claim is still show as 0 in the rating section too.

Need help understanding this HLR. I was originally awarded 30 percent and upon filing for increased I was decreased to 0 . I then file for an HLR and this was the decision letter.

My question is am I awarded 50 percent from the effective date of June and going forward or only 50 percent for the period of June until December .
