Rodent control

Rodent control

Anyone else feel like traditional mouse traps are kind of a nightmare if you have pets?
Poison always scares me because pets can accidentally get into it. Glue traps feel cruel and messy, and snap traps honestly seem risky too if you’ve got curious pets around the house. I recently started looking into electronic traps like the Owltra instead. Enclosed design, no blood or glue mess, easier disposal.
Nothing is 100% risk-free, especially with super curious cats or tiny pets. Curious what other pet owners here use for rodent control? Something else?

Rodent problem

I’ve been trying to find a rodent solution that doesn’t make allergies worse, and honestly most of the usual stuff feels awful in different ways — poison, glue traps, snap traps, all messy or stressful.
Recently tried the Owltra OW7 electronic trap and it’s probably the cleanest option I’ve used so far. No chemicals,
,enclosed design,no blood or mess.
It basically gives a quick electric kill and lights up when there’s a catch. I’ve had the best results placing it along walls in the garage. Anyone here switched from snap traps to electronic ones? Curious how they’ve held up long term.
