Hello! I’m planning to apply to Dongseo University for Fall 2026 and ran into a quite an issue. Before the official guidelines were posted, I was using the Spring 2026 ones assuming they’d be the same — but now that the Fall 2026 guidelines are up, my chosen major shows “Transfer Only.”
Does that mean I can’t apply as a freshman/new student at all? I’m also confused about the wording change — Spring 2026 said “Transfer Available,” but Fall 2026 says “Transfer Only.” Is this a sudden change of rules?
I’ve had all my documents ready for a while now, so I’m hoping this isn’t a dead end. Has anyone else run into this? Have you reached out to the university about it? Thank you in advance.
