Company Overview:
We are Star Solutions, building a SaaS platform for phone stores.
Our goal is to create an all-in-one POS, leasing, inventory, and dealer management system tailored to the mobile device industry. The platform is designed to compete with tools like Square, but with significantly deeper, industry-specific functionality.
This is not a concept-stage project. The system is already in development and being structured for real-world usage, with the goal of scaling to hundreds of stores.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
You will work directly on the core SaaS product and help shape its architecture and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and refine frontend using Next.js (App Router)
Develop backend logic using Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS)
Work on real-world systems such as:
POS checkout (fast, Square-like UX)
Inventory management (devices, parts, accessories)
Repair/ticket tracking system
Leasing and payment tracking system
Debug and stabilize existing features
Optimize performance (data flow, image handling, scalability)
Collaborate in an AI-assisted development workflow (speed-focused)
Qualifications / Experience Required:
Strong experience with:
Next.js / React
JavaScript / TypeScript
PostgreSQL or Supabase
Solid understanding of:
API design
Authentication systems
Role-based access (RLS preferred)
Experience with:
Git / GitHub workflows
Deployments (Vercel preferred)
Ability to:
Work independently
Move fast and ship consistently
Handle real-world debugging
Bonus (Preferred):
SaaS or multi-tenant system experience
POS or internal tools experience
Performance optimization at scale
Location:
Remote – Pakistan
Must be available during U.S. business hours (partial overlap required)
Salary Range:
PKR 80,000 – 110,000 per month (based on experience)
