My RG Cube finally arrived in the mail today, and I was very excited to open it up and use It. Unfortunately, I quickly found that the touch screen did not work, which made it impossible to use any on-screen keyboard and will likely make playing DS and 3DS games in the future more difficult than it needs to be. In trying to fix this problem I tried factory resetting the system, but that didn’t do much of anything in my favor. Upon doing some reading online, it was suggested to let the battery drain and for the system to totally power off. I was wondering if there are any other ways to fix this issue that I could employ. Anything helps, thank you.
