I’ve got a question that’s been on my mind for a while.
Most of my fat is stored in my legs (especially thighs) and my belly. I’m trying to slim down my lower body, and I know you can’t spot reduce fat.
But I’m worried about this: if I start doing leg days, won’t my legs just get even bigger than they already are?
That’s what’s holding me back. I don’t want to end up building muscle underneath the fat and making my legs look bigger overall.
Would it be better to just skip leg days and focus on upper body+cardio instead?
My goal is slimmer legs, not bigger/stockier ones. I just don’t want to finally lose the fat and still have big legs because of muscle.
