Do y’all wear compression to bed?
I absolutely HATE what my body does without compression.
During the day I wear a 20-30mmhg sleeve on my bad leg, compression underwear that goes from my knees to above my stomach and a compression top. When I’m extra swole I wear knee high compression socks too.
Docs have told me I “shouldn’t need” compression at night, but I really like it. I’ve tried sleeping in just my leg sleeve, but my favorite is a compression body suit.
I have pelvic congestion syndrome and CVI in my right leg (and subsequently lymphedema now). My hips are hypermobile and I have nerve compression in my low back so having that added support is extra helpful during sleep.
I also have hyperadrenergic POTS and when I turn over in my sleep (all the damn time) my heart rate skyrockets. I haven’t worn compression to bed enough to know if it helps with that…I’d be curious if anyone else has experience with that as well.
