Was the officer flirting with me?

I don’t want to sound silly if I read this situation wrong. I am 28 female. A few months ago I got pulled over for running a red (it was yellow but that’s beside the point). Cop was like maybe early 30s. There was a bee in my car, so I was also a little distracted by it.

It was kinda dark and I have anxiety as is, also never been pulled over so I was very nervous.. His headlights were blinding my mirror, so I genuinely didn’t see him walking up to my car and when he appeared out of no where I jumped/screamed, which made him scream. Then I started apologizing profusely and like nervous crying laughing which made him laugh..

Then I went to get him my registration out of the glove box and it was stuck to a lint roller, so I just gave him the whole lint roller which made him laugh more (he had to carry it to his car with him).

He asked why I ran the red light and I told him I was new to the area and blamed it on the bee in my car. So he said he’d ‘arrest it’ for me and he had me get out so he could find it and he killed it.💀

Then he wrote a number on a business card and told to call him if I ever needed help finding my way around, and let me go. The whole encounter was like 15 minutes, and he was chatty and friendly, made conversation the whole time.

I never called him cause idk if he was flirting or if he genuinely meant to only call if I needed police related help. Idk if the number he gave me was his personal number or work related. Is this normal for a cop to be so friendly and give out a phone number?

Has anyone tried a vibration plate? Do you like it?

I was originally looking into these because I can’t work out much the way my POTS has been this year, I have H-EDS (but it’s minor) and I was thinking it might be a good way to just do something more than what I currently can to get my blood going. I could even sit on it.

But I also saw it helps bone density, blood circulation long term, lymphatic drainage, and muscle tone? Anyone have any feedback on this?

I really don’t know how to describe this weird episode symptoms I sometimes have

I’ll try to describe it the best I can.. If you know what i’m talking about and are able to put it into better terms for me i’d love that.

It’s like a weird combination of maybe eye strain, maybe brain fog, maybe dissociation but also none of these things at the same time. Or maybe it is? It kind of reminds me of being high if you smoke weed but just the visual cloudiness part. Like my brain is moving slow and taking in visual information slow. It looks like i’m seeing the world through a filter and feels like a dream, but i’m awake. My memory doesn’t black out, but maybe gets a bit cloudy.

Sometimes during these episodes I’ll be staring straight ahead and my mind goes blank, but i’m not looking at anything at the same time. I don’t want to move my eyes or blink, it feels like a compulsion not to, but I can if I want or need to..

It’s not like I don’t know what is going on around me, my reaction time is normal and my hand eye coordination is fine. I can see but it feels kinda like i’m blind at the same time. it’s more like my brain is trying to disconnect from my eyes.

idk it’s so hard to describe.

I have POTS, terrible allergies, Adhd..
