Please help me save my money tree!
I've had this money tree for 3 years, and honestly wasn't taking the best care of it while being in and out of the hospital. I suspected root rot, and when I went to repot it and check on everything, there were rubber bands at the base and 2 of the 3 trunks were squishy and rotten :(. I carefully removed the 2 rotten trunks and put it in a smaller pot (the one before was was too large) and in better draining soil (a mix of a house plant soil, sand, and perlite). It gets bright indirect sun all day theougb my sliding glass door. Is this too much? I water it only when the top 2 inches are dry, but was over watering before, I think. I'm not sure what else to do and would appreciate all help. I really want to save it.
TIA!
