Neighbor installed a fence this weekend. Used KD 2x4 for the rails, almost nothing is plumb, used one screw on top and one screw on bottom for the pickets, not sure why he even bothered pulling a string line...and then he built out this incredible section around a young walnut tree...I honestly just have to laugh. Its kind of remarkable. I am a Carpenter by trade and have built a couple fences before, but I think anyone can recognize this is crazy

Edit: the neighbor spoke with me before they installed the fence between our property lines and I was very adamant to let them know that we could cut anything in the way. I have wanted a fence there since we moved in, and they were honestly doing us a favor...I thought. I demoed the old section of fence for them so they would have less obstacles. They even cleared some of the oregon grape down the line, so I was confused why they wouldn't just cut that tree back. Or at least ask me if they could.
