OK so like 2 years ago my xbox acount got blocked because I forgot the password this then locked the email I used also in order to unlock the acount they need to send me a verification code to the email I used for the acount. A code I cannot see because my email is blocked I have been trying for 2 long years to get it unlocked there's no way to speak to anyone from Microsoft to fix this so now all the games I baught on that acount are lost forever why can they not pay someone to answer the phone actual piss takers
