Refund for a rescheduled concert
A few weeks ago, I bought tickets to a concert in Montreal, and 2 days ago the website I purchased it from e-mailed me about the change in venue AND date (now taking place 1 day earlier).
I live in Nova Scotia and will not be able to attend the concert anymore. I contacted support, and their chatbot told me they do not issue refunds unless an event gets cancelled. What are my rights here? How should I proceed?
