I am 1.70 (5'7") and I weigh 65kg (143 lbs).
I started recently to go to the gym (about two months) after a long time without movement, and I lost some weight to arrive to that 65kg.
I go to the gym 3 times a week, about 1/1:20 hour each.
My goal is to build mass, but mantaining a lean, defined but not too bulky physique.
Can I get some help with my diet and nutrinion?
Also I was thinking about purchasing protein powder and creatine, and I was wondering if they could help and I could integrate them in my diet.
