I’ve got rainwater coming in from somewhere.
I’ve found it pooling in the RHD area behind the side access flap in the boot. I’ve also got damp fabric that covers the wiring loom that can be accessed by removing the plastic horizontal trim on the driver’s side (RHD) door sill.
The symptom is that I’m getting the roof-being-operated light on the dashboard intermittently flashing on and off, but I’m not touching the switch. That dashboard light is now not on, but the single window switch to move all four windows doesn’t operate. And the rear window demist switch goes off immediately when I try and turn it on.
Is there a set of places I should begin trying to hunt down where the water is coming in from?
I’m hoping once things dry out that things behave again.
