How many messages are yall sending on warm numbers? Need to increase my volume so ghl stops shutting my account down because of my opt out rate but worried about burning numbers

Anyone using GHL twilio/lc to send sms campaigns, how are you structuring your initial message? Are you including opt out language? My opt out rate is 10%, not scaleable. How do I fix this? ChatGPT says to remove opt out language. That doesn’t sound right.

Right now my initial message is

“Hey, have you thought about selling your place in {{contact.city}}?

We're local and looking for something here.
