I'm trying to set up some automations, but I'm getting this "Powerocean system is required" message. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm thinking of adding a Powerpulse but the automations under that also say I need a Powerocean systeem

Edit: I forgot to add that I've contacted the installer about this a couple of weeks ago, but still waiting on an answer
