It has a engine swap and it has a clean title but its price very well at 16k can anyone tell by a picture if everything is all set?

Purchasing

Im trying to buy my first 86 and im not going to buy brand new i wanted to be around 2020 to 2023. There's a very limited selection on sale and most of them are rebuilt titles. What's the best way of purchasing one. Im in Massachusetts if anyone has one for sale that's below 50k miles manual!
