Is this interior design quote reasonable for a 650 sqft 2BHK remodel in Mumbai?
I am remodeling my 2BHK house in Mumbai (around 650 sqft total area) and received the following quote from a designer:
A. Only drawings-
Furniture Layout
False ceiling Layout
Electrical Layout with SB schedule
Plumbing Elevations
Flooring Layout
Existing measurements layout (site visit).
Elevations for the mentioned areas including the outside foyer.
Total costing for the above drawings - 50,000/-
3d views for the Living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms = 40,000/-
Total for drawings and 3d views = 90,000/-
B. Above all drawings including site visit/ supervision (Twice a month) and material selection - 1,30,000 /-
I wanted to understand whether this pricing seems reasonable and whether I should negotiate, and if there’s anything important missing or unnecessary in the scope.
