I'm OK with my current 15" LCD monitor, but shopping around for a 19" (or bigger is there is one!)

What monitors do you feel work best? I see a lot of "work" monitors from Dell, HP, but think that I should be looking for a Samsung or Sony.

I'm lurking in my local marketplace/craiglists. but would love to know from the experts here what I should be looking for, I always check refresh rates, but honestly, not sure how applicable it is for dreamcast play.
