Bloody Mary vs other reds

I bought some Bloody Mary shrimp recently and I know that their flesh is red vs their shells. I’ve seen a lot of posts on here talking about “true Bloody Marys” vs a deep red shrimp being sold as a Bloody Mary. I’ve tried to do research on how to tell the difference between them other than just based on color and I am having trouble finding out how. Some people say to look at the legs because Bloody Marys will have red legs but then I’ll see pictures of cherrys and fires with red legs too😅 is there actually a sure way to tell a Bloody Mary from other shrimp and if so where and what should I be looking for

Is this a hydra?

Sorry for the low quality photos but it’s stuck to the side of the tank and will retract and expand and wiggle on it own every once in awhile with out the water flow moving it
