At 23, I lost my job, I was depressed, anxious, and was about to enter one of the darkest episodes in my life. I was in a constant conflict with food and with myself. I wasn't accepting myself.

I decided to work out, go to therapy and now life is looking brighter :)

Went from 159kg to... Idk, I don't use the scale anymore. And, I'm in a much better relationship with food.

Listen to yourselves guys, it pays off!
