It shouldn’t be a surprise that a company that had to rebrand from a billion dollar recognized name to a random one like Comcast > Xfinity isn’t good.

But holy shit do they suck ass.

The year I had them was horrible. I have my own hardware and the first month they charged me for hardware rental. Spotty service, regularly getting disconnected from calls when I WFH.

I cancelled two months ago and I’m still getting bills from them. I call them and the robot doesn’t let me speak to a human because my account is cancelled. Catch 22 of bullshit.
