Beginner and confused with "bulking"
Hi! I'm top heavy and ive always been a little insecure about my body. I'm in no way overweight but I have a pretty big waist/stomach and literally no thighs or butt 😅
I've started some workouts and also started taking creatine but I'm confused with the gaining thing, i know you cant spot reduce fat but can you spot gain?? While losing elsewhere? Because yes, I want my butt to be bigger and that means eating in a surplus and working out but wouldn't that also make my stomach and arms and everything else bigger? Since I am gaining? I can't gain weight in only one spot right? Also I really don't want abs or big biceps and this isn't a fear of being bulky im just worried cuz I don't wanna start some intense workouts witg that
I want a kind of soft look with big thighs and a small upper body... is that possible?
