Earlier effective daye
My lawyer e-mailed me stating that I can potentially get an earlier effective date. I’m currently at 100% and i hope not to poke the proverbial bear. This earlier effective date would be an additional 3 years of back pay. The request would go to the board and essentially go around the VA from developing more evidence? So he says. Is it worth it?
