I’m looking for recommendations of your favorite books that have more complex /involved recipes ! Like , I’m totally willing to spend lots of time doing prep work or sourcing ingredients for a single recipe if it’s worth it. Basically the total opposite of “easy 30 minute 5 ingredient”.
