It worked. Until it didn’t.

Reply rate dropped from ~5% to ~1.5% over the last 18 months.

My guess is people have seen it too many times and It feels like a template now.

What replaced it for me:

“Worth me sending over a 2-min Loom on how [Customer] reduced X by Y?”

Not asking for a meeting.

Not asking for a decision.

Just a small next step.

Higher reply rates, and Loom views tell me who’s actually warm.
