TW: calories!!

Hiii,

I’ve been in recovery for 4 months now. It’s been really hard, I’ve lost myself, I’ve cried, I’ve laughed, somedays I wish I didn’t even start losing weight in the first place. But it feels like I’m making no progress. I’ve gained weight, don’t get me wrong! I’ve dealt with EXTREME hunger and gained around , >!25kg!< putting me at a health BMI. But I’m not getting any signs of my period. I’ve been eating in a large surplus, but due to my job there are often gaps in which I don’t eat for 6 hours. Could this be the reason? Or maybe the fact that I’m still doing 10k steps per day?
