Why would you say that to her literal abuser and give him that ego stroke ???? I really hated her for that
It gave me flashbacks to the time Nate was asking Cassie if she invited Maddie to the wedding for revenge. I think Nate have always liked the idea of having power over her. He thrived off of it during their very tumultuous relationship.
I personally don’t think Maddie is stuck on Nate or pining over him. She was completely nonchalant during the wedding. She only got upset after Nate’s mom threw micro aggression towards her. And them dancing together like that while he put a literal gun to her face, I think she was more upset about the unfairness about how she was treated than wanting to be with Nate.
So rightfully it really grinded my gears when Jules said that to Nate. I think he was expecting something like that too!
Also no transphobia in the comments please. I’m talking about her personality, her identity have nothing to do with it.
