Am I gonna get fired
OK, so I am a full-time lead at My H-E-B and basically I got to a step seven and I got commended finally back to a step six which took me two months to even get the commend because my store is really strict about overtime and stuff like that so they rarely ever asked me to stay late or come in early also due to the fact that I’m a lead and obviously when I got the original step seven, I got a probationary rating I assume and so with that I went to a concert Friday and I had to open the next day and I was 15 minutes late so I went back to a step seven but while I was reviewing the attendance and punctuality form, it says that if you get two probationary readings within a 12 month rolling period you can be fired so I’m more just trying to see. Should I be expected to be fired or what’s the case because honestly the standards don’t seem very fair when my other partners get commended all the time and I never get any opportunities. Are they trying to just weed me out and I wasting my time also it is a new store so I’m just not sure what to expect bc also right before this my manger was saying he was so glad i was doing better and that he saw improvement.
